This role assist the Customer Service Manager to ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction by providing leadership for the order entry process and cusomer service functio! ns. Coordinate the interaction between customers, the Customer Service Order Processors, sales and marketing and production/scheduling personnel. Manage high-level corporate accounts to maintain a superior level of service and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and leadership skills required. Must possess sufficient experience and knowledge of company guidelines to judge and auto=horize customer cliams, respond to customer complaints and make decisions about shipment variances. Advanced knowledge of computer operation to process orders for delivery, as well as to develop and maintain spreadsheets.
Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor Degree preferred. Experience in Supervisory role of five years of more ina Sales/Customer Service environment.
