Duties:
The Temporary Recruiter's primary responsibility is to source, screen, recommend, recruit, and hire high caliber candidates for Corporate HQ and/or Field positions at various levels.
Execute a hiring plan, including sourcing, qualifying, and closing offers with desired candidates.
Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify, source and generate qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with managers, vendors, community organizations and other team members, creating a partnership for success, results and credibility.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to source and screen candidates through various mechanisms (direct, internet, referrals, research, relationships, etc.)
Provide the highest level of customer service for all internal and external clients.
Suggest com! pensation strategies to hiring managers, as well as the negoti! ation of compensation with candidates.
Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes.
Review resumes for necessary skills and experience in relation to position requirements. Develop an effective pipeline of key talent to improve our overall bench strength

Proficiency
in off! ice computer software/systems (MSOffice, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, candidate tracking systems), email and internet savvy, and experience with resume database/requisition tracking systems
Demonstrated
ability to execute recruiting plans, including employer promotion in the marketplace, placing postings and advertisements, candidate management, and interview process management
Knowledge
of, and demonstrated ability to utilize, multiple recruiting sources
Strong
interviewing and selection skills
Team
oriented, attention to detail, follow-through and dependability
High
degree of business acumen and critical thinking - ability to quickly understand and represent job requirements
Demonstrated
track record of building confidence and credibility with internal and external partners, up to and including executive levels
Ability
to operate efficiently and effect! ively within a matrix organization, quickly adapting to change

Job Requirements
Experience:
Previous
progressive experience in full life cycle recruiting within a fast- paced environment with a proven track record of success
Retail
experience preferred
Knowledge
of key recruiting skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems
Minimum Education:
Bachelorâs degree required
