Primary focus on merger and acquisition counseling, negotiation and documentation (including strategic investments and joint ventures), often working with outside counsel.Additional participation in general corporate and securities matters, including corporate finance, periodic reporting, and executive compensation matters.Qualifications:J.D. with an excellent academic record.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate law department. M&A experience and familiarity with securities laws required; international M&A experience desirable. Must be team oriented and have the ability to think creatively in resolving business and legal issues. Must be able to lead a team of people throughout the company to meet corporate goals and deadlines.Hardworking, service oriented, self-starter with excellent communication skills.
