Seeking applicants for Safety Director / Driver Recruiter for 50 truck fleet based in Joplin, MOApplicant will be responsible for maintaining OTR drivers in 45 company trucks as well as growing the fleet with new owner operators. Recruitment bonus will be negotiated for new owner operators brought into the fleet.Applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all FMCSA regulations for both the company and the drivers.Applicant will be responsible for handling all accident claims and work comp injuries including dealing with insurance companies and attorneys. Must have extensive knowledge of FMCSA regulations.Must have excellent communication skills and be able to establish good relationships with OTR Drivers.Must be proficient in MS Office.
